MY FRUITY BIRTHDAY CAKE 2020
INGREDIENTS:
1 ORANGE
2 KIWI
2 PERSIMMON
150 G FLOUR
120 G SUGAR
3 EGGS
1 CONT. YOGURT WITH FRUIT FLAVOR
3 G BAKING SODA
FILLING/FROSTING:
2 SACHETS CREMA PASTICCERA (Cameo)
400 ML FRESH MILK
300 G WHIPPED CREAM
RED FOOD COLORING
DECORATION:
ANY FRUITS DESIRED
PROCEDURE:
SLICE IN CUBES THE FRUITS AND BLEND. SET ASIDE.
WHIP THE EGG WHITES WITH A PINCH OF SALT AND 20G OF SUGAR. SET ASIDE.
SEPARATE THE EGG WHITES AND THE EGGS YOLKS.
IN A BOWL, ADD THE EGG YOLKS AND BEAT IN 100 G OF SUGAR UNTIL FOAMY.
ADD THE BLENDED FRUITS AND THE YOGURT.
WHISK IN THE FLOUR WITH THE BAKING SODA, THEN FOLD IN THE WHIPPED EGG WHITES. FILL THE 3 PANS (6 IN.) AND BAKE FOR 30 MIN. @ 180 ˚C PREHEATED OVEN.
LET IT COOL
FILLING:
MAKE THE PASTRY CREAM, I USED THE CREMA PASTICCERA 2 SACHET MIXED WITH 400ML MILK. ADD SOME WHIPPED CREAM AND FILL THE CAKE. DECORATE CAKE WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND FRUITS.

I made this cake with what's available in my kitchen. It's an experiment, made it for the first time, and turned out to be very good. Try it, maybe you will like it! Enjoy baking!
