ORANGE & CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
380 gr. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 Sachet CAKE YEAST
1/2 Tbsp. SALT
1 Tsp. GROUND CINNAMON
1/4 Tsp. GROUND NUTMEG
2 pcs. LARGE EGGS
60 gr. YOGURT
200 gr. GRANULATED SUGAR
200 ml. MILK
1 pc. ORANGE (ZEST & JUICE)
80 ml. SUNFLOWER OIL
60 gr. UNSALTED BUTTER. MELTED
1 Sachet VANILLA POWDER
200 gr. CHOCOLATE CHIPS
PROCEDURE:
IN A BOWL, COMBINE THE FLOUR, YEAST, GROUND CINNAMON & NUTMEG. SET ASIDE.
IN A SEPARATE BOWL, PLACE THE EGGS AND SUGAR, BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH, THEN ADD THE SALT, YOGURT, SUNFLOWER OIL, MELTED BUTTER, ORANGE ZEST, AND JUICE.
LASTLY THE VANILLA. ONCE ALL THE WET INGREDIENTS ARE COMBINED, FOLD IN THE FLOUR MIXTURE. POUR IN THE MUFFIN MOLD, BAKE IN A PRE-HEATED OVEN AT 180˚C FOR 20-25 MIN. DEPENDING ON THE SIZE.
