RED VELVET CUPCAKES



Ingredients: 
Batter: 12 tbsp. Butter, 1 ¾ cups sugar, 2 large eggs, 2 ½ T cocoa powder,
4T red food color, 1T vanilla extract, 1tsp salt, 1 ½ milk 3 ¼ cups sifted flour,
apple cider vinegar, and  1 ½ tsp. baking soda
Frosting: 6 ounces cream cheese, 1 stick unsalted butter, ¼ vanilla extract,  
and 4 cups icing sugar


Procedure:
Beat the butter and sugar until smooth, add two large eggs.
In a small bowl, add the cocoa powder, red color food color and vanilla extract and
add it to the
egg and butter mixtures, then mix until combined. 
Add alternately the flour and milk.
Lastly mix the apple cider vinegar and baking soda in a small bowl, mix and add into the batter,
beat for a while. Place into the cupcakes cup. 
Yields 18-24 pcs. cupcakes.


*Note: Pre heated oven at 350F / all ingredients at room temp.
