EASY ALMOND & CHOCO CHIPS COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
75g Almonds
75g Butter
75g Granulated Sugar
75g Light Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Large Egg
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
180g All-Purpose Flour
80g Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
PROCEDURE:
In a Food processor, mix all the ingredients, except for the choco chips. Mix until combined, then place in a bowl, add in the chocolate chips, and mix. (You can use the wooden spoon on this one.) Once incorporated, cover with plastic film. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, before making the balls, this recipe makes 20 cookies. (It's up to you how you want your cookies, made big ones around 45g each and made smaller ones in 25g.)
In a preheated oven of 200 ÂșC, bake the cookies for 8-12 min. depending on the size of your cookies.
Leave the cookies on the baking sheet for at least 3 minutes, before transferring to the cooling rack.
Leave it to cool down in the rack before enjoying these cookies.
