KABABAYAN BREAD
Ingredients:
2 Large Eggs
250g Sugar
600g FLOUR
1 & 1/4 env. Yeast or 10g Baking Powder
250g Milk
125g Sunflower Oil
125g Water
A pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp Food Coloring
Vanilla Flavor as needed
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 200°C
Beat eggs and sugar until combined, add the water, oil and milk to the mixture.
Then sift in the flour with salt, yeast & food coloring. Mix until combined.
Pour into cupcake molds. Makes 3 dozens
Bake in the preheated oven of 200°C for 7 min. then lower temp. to 160°C and continue baking for another 7 min.
