BUTTERSCOTCH BARS

Ingredients:

2 cups All-purpose flour
1 env. Baking powder
1.5 cup Brown sugar 
1 tsp. Vanilla
A  pinch of Salt
3/4 cups Cashew Nuts
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup glucose syrup
2 Eggs

Procedure:
Preheat an oven to 180°C. 
In a bowl, combine flour, a pinch of salt & baking powder. Mix until combined then set aside.
In another bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar and glucose syrup, Beat until all combine, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing until well combined. Then add the vanilla and mix 8-10 minutes. Then lastly, add the sifted flour mixture and cashew nuts.
Pour into the prepared 13x9 in baking pan and bake 30-35 minutes or until top is firm. Cool and cut into bars.
